Helping You To Achieve Your Ultimate Goals In Life

  • Jun 8

It seems like, according to some of the pharmaceutical companies ads on TV, that 1 out of every 3 Americans (from children to adults) suffer from depression or an anxiety disorder.  I think that’s a high number.  According to their ads, you should see your doctor for a prescription if you suffer from the symptoms so you can get their medication.  This medication is suppose to make you feel better.  You know, so you’ll have that “Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy” feeling.

The problem with this is that you are covering up the symptoms, not finding out the root of them and curing yourself.  Added to that, you’re putting more toxins in your body that will, sooner or later, cause other symptoms.

What if your symptoms aren’t really depression at all?  What if the symptoms are a start of another illness/disease that is just starting to manifest itself?  Some of the illness that can mimic depression are chronic fatigue syndrome, thyroid problems and autoimmune disorders.

It’s another surprise among surprises.  Did you know that some medications can give you symptoms of depression?  These medications consist of some pain medications, some tranquilizers, oral steroids, and most blood pressure medications.  There are even anti-anxiety medications that will give you symptoms of depression.

Knowing this, do yourself a big favor and make sure you actually suffer from depression before taking any medication for depression.  Your life may depend of it.
